Background Information
Staff worked with SCLA on scope for North Park
November 2010 - MF requests on hold for revisions
August 2011 - SCLA provided the City a letter of commitment to participate in the cost of park amenities via Matching Funds in the amount of $92,700
Based on this commitment and favorable bids keeping project under budget, the amenities were installed during construction
