Business Narrative
Submitted Floor Plan:
COMMENTS / CONCERNS
What are the hours?
We will be open from 2 to 2.
Î
What is the seating capacity?
Probably around 80
Î
conversation.
What type of advertisement will you do?
Not much. Most of our marketing is in-store; bar of attraction.
Î
Will you host private parties?
We may have occasional parties on the patio. We are limited by space; we may
Î
also do something upstairs on our mezzanine level.
What about a policy about not serving obnoxious/drunk patrons?
Yes. We are careful not to over serve. It happens, but very conscious of it and
Î
only serving beer helps. We do not sell hard alcohol. All of our
servers/bartenders are certified. Theyre pretty good at it but not perfect.
What is the age of your employees?
All of our employees are over 21.
