Summary of Questions and Comments
With the proposed HVAC screening, is this in effect a seven story building versus a six -story
structure?
When you speak of the road, are you talking about White Chapel?
What are they (Aventerra) going to do with the height of future buildings as the project
develops towards residential areas?
What are the "pink" areas shown on the land use plan for Aventerra planned to become?
Is any of this project going to access Carroll Boulevard?
Is there any residential development planned for Aventerra?
Our concern is not so much this building on the 114 frontage, but how will Aventerra
transition the height of buildings north as the project encroaches residential areas.
Are there to be any buffer walls on the perimeter of Aventerra property to the north?
Is there any way to get to "box" looking differently why can't these office buildings look
more "organic" versus "office -in- the box
Why can't you build the box inside and put some type of projected curve on the exterior of
the building to make it distinctive?
Was there any consideration given to other placement of the building on this tract?
Aventerra has not contracted with Granite to do all of the development of their project there
could be in the future some other developers who may not have the vision that Granite has
shown how can we feel better about this?
Is this being built to lease or for some company to own the building?
Is all of Aventerra planned for office buildings there is no planned industrial, right?
What kind of retail is planned for Aventerra?
Does future hotels have the same height requirements as the high -rise office?
Is there any potential for microwave space in Aventerra?
How far is the green areas from the 114 frontage to the parking lot?
Concrete uprights can the colors be softened (Sandstone Pink)?
When would the project be completed and occupied if the approval moves forward?
How many people are projected to be working in this building?
Estimated Phase II building (northern lot to this one) timing any ideas?
