Summary of Questions and Comments
Residents from the Northwood neighborhood were concerned if traffic from the project
would be coming into Parkwood Drive
The project didn't have enough parking near the front buildings.
Not enough landscaping around buildings 6 and 7 (middle two buildings)
Representative from White Chapel United Methodist Church claimed that they liked the
looks of the project. They may be one of the first buyers and would use building for
administrative office for the church. They also liked that the project would give them
additional driving routes to reach Southlake Blvd.
There is no time limit in the parking agreement between Realty Capital Corporation and
the White Chapel United Methodist Church
Parking is tight at the Courtyards of Timarron that was also built by the Realty Capital
Corporation
