stores?
Will your store have humidity temperature controlled room for wines?
What is the difference of the wines you carry vs those from grocery stores,

Is this a request for zoning change? Or, just for SUP?
Do you have any relationship or ownership with the rest of the 10 ac land?
Do you think it is appropriate to have a liquor store close to the residential

Southlake is a family oriented city. Do you think more wine /beer sale is
good for the residents?
Drive through beer sale will significantly downgrade the upscale image you
try to establish.
The name "Beverage City" has drawn a great concern?

Will you consider a SP zoning instead of C -3
Will hwy 114 being widen, gas stations will be built sooner or later. It seems
like this is a good location for a gas station and C- store.
