Summary of Questions and Comments
How have you dealt with trash issues Issue with Davis Sonic when that went through
approval.
Roofing will it have a red tint to it?
Are you sharing curb cut with the Bank of the West? Future Curbcut planned to the east?
Only way in and out will be on one curb cut?
Access from the Bank of the West, are tress reflected on plan existing trees? Cross access to
Gateway would be possible if not for the existing trees shown on the southeast corner.
What percentage of take out versus dine -in patrons do you project for this location?
Is 8" sidewalk on FM 1709 existing, or will you be building your section?
Retaining wall stone same as what is on the building?
Peaks and Gables are present on Gateway, makes it unique is there any way for you to
incorporate similar design elements into your building?
Will you also be bringing in new trees as well as protecting existing ones?
Poles will they be stone also?
How many Sonics are in Southlake? Will there be a third one come into Southlake if this one
is approved?
Is the manager of this restaurant going to be a Southlake resident?
Manager Partner agreement is pretty common in Sonic, isn't it?
