Section 39.6.a Screening & Fencing: Non-residential use that abuts a residentially zoned lot or tract or lot having an occupied residential dwelling, a solid fence meeting the material
standards of Section 39.2(b) shall be erected along the side and rear property lines abutting said residential lot or dwelling to a height of eight (8) feet.
Section 43.9.c.1.b Overlay Zones: Standing seam metal roofs to be constructed of a factory-treated, non-metallic, matte finish.
Section 3.4 Parking Lot Landscape Requirements: additional landscaping required for the new parking area installed.
