Key Discussion Points, Issues, and Follow Up Information: Mr. Drews
presented his plans for developing the property located east of the
existing Timarron Village. His presentation lasted approximately 20
minutes followed by 40 minutes of questions and answers. Attached,
listed in order is a list of the questions presented to Mr. Drews. Issues
raised include:
Landscape buffering along the southerly boundary of property
Architectural controls /quality consistency with Timarron Village
Noise issues, dumpster screening from residents
Permitted uses with 0-1 which residences may find offensive, e.g. call
centers, 24/7 operations
Concerns with potential MTP revision: Carroll to Byron Nelson

Dumpsters should be located in the interior of the property vs. exterior no
6:00 AM dumping! Dumpster located at Rockenbaugh ES is near the
residential (south side of the school building) and is noisy.

Like to have trees at the back of the property to further ensure buffering
How many people would work in the development low density?

Late night office building uses? Especially at the rear if the property.
