Kirkwood Blvd. at the intersection of Blessed Way and approximately 1800 west of N. Kimball Avenue. This site is approximately 25 acres. Development Details Carroll ISD is proposing to build a new middle school. The school will be approximately 200,000 square feet and will include two lighted tennis courts, a lighted football field with track, and a solar energy system. The property is currently zoned S -P -1 Detailed Site Plan District and is classified as Mixed Use on the City's Consolidated Land Use Plan. In order to develop the property in a manner that suites the needs of CISD, the property will need to be rezoned. The proposed zoning change request is for S -P -1 Detailed Site Plan District with CS Community Service District uses. Specific regulations have been submitted with this application to the City Planning and Development Services Department. Variances are being requested for court/field lighting and driveway stacking.
