Property Situation
The property is located at 1400 Byron Nelson Parkway
Development Details
The applicant is requesting approval of a site plan to alter the interior spaces of the
clubhouse and add a small covered terrace and lawn space on the back side of the
existing clubhouse (west southwest façade).
The existing 2,600 square foot pad will be removed and an addition of a new covered
terrace and golf cart path will be built as well as the installation of lawn space.

No, there is just an existing patio area

Approximately 32 feet from the existing columns; the expansion will add 1,600

square feet of air conditioned space and terrace.
What is this going to do to the noise level? Will there be outdoor parties?
The expansion is intended for additional dining space indoors and out on the

terrace. The space is not sized for a band. The facility use is not changing with
this application.
How much of the expansion is enclosed air conditioned space?
Approximately 600 square feet.
