The proposed additions and new buildings will be constructed in phases and the applicant has provided columbarium associated with this request is being processed as a Specific Use Permit for Cemetery Uses under Planning Case ZA12-016. The following plans were presented at SPIN: Detailed Site Plan View QUESTIONS / CONCERNS Will the trees being removed be replaced? Yes, we are not taking out very many trees. We worked hard to keep as many as Î possible. Are there going to be flat roofs? Yes, some. There are existing flat roofs that will remain flat with expansion. Most Î roof lines will be pitched as shown in our proposal. The columbarium looks very nice can anyone use that area to meditate or relax? Yes, it is open to all denominations. Î Are there future plans to expand the columbarium? Not currently but it is possible in the future.
