PROJECT:Sign Variance for Texas Digestive Disease Consultants
REQUEST:
On behalf of Texas Digestive Disease Consultants, MedCore Realty Group is
requesting a variance from the Sign Ordinance No. 704-E regulations for an attached
sign. The subject property is located in the Cornerstone Business Park development
at 505 South Nolen Drive. The applicant is requesting approval for an attached sign on
the front elevation which faces Nolen Drive. The maximum letter height allowed for this
location is 16 inches; the applicant is requesting 33 inches for the TDDC portion of the
sign.
