Request: Approval of a variance from the Sign Ordinance No. 704-E regulations and the Gateway Plaza Phase I Conditional Sign Permit.

Option 1 would allow the applicant to locate an attached sign off the roof-line of the front patio that faces Southlake Boulevard in addition to placing an eight foot branding character
directly behind the four foot wall surrounding the front patio area.
Option 2 would allow the applicant to place an individual monument sign in front of their building; setback approximately 15 feet from the edge of pavement in addition to placing an
eight foot branding character directly behind the four foot wall surrounding the front patio area.
