Item 9B Sign Variance for Mellow Mushroom Item 9B – SV12-002 SV12-002 Applicant/Owner: Southlake Mellow Mushroom Request: Approval of a variance from the Sign Ordinance No. 704-E regulations and the Gateway Plaza Phase I Conditional Sign Permit.
