I have scheduled your meeting for March 29 at 6:00 p.m. to be held in the Council Chambers. I’ve
requested that IT be prepared to record the meeting by bringing Jason in. I’ve also requested that the
podium be turned to face the audience and that a microphone be placed on a stand for audience
questions. This is the description that I’ve posted on the “upcoming SPIN meetings” page as well as
the events calendar:
The City of Southlake's Department of Public Safety will host a
meeting to provide information on emergency preparedness for
the purpose of engaging and informing the community on what

can be done to prepare for the upcoming severe weather season
and emergencies in general. (Held in Town Hall - Council
Chambers)
