City Manager's Report CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. 5. Consider: Resolution #89 -39, City Council support of locating a post office within the City of Southlake. REGULAR AGENDA: 6. Consider: Recommendation from Park and Recreation Board for the purchase of playground equipment from funds generated by the sell of advertising signs on ballfield #1 at Bicentennial Park. 7. Consider: ZA88 -35, Ord. #334 -58, 1st reading, a zoning change request for H &S Properties, Inc. A 2.45 acre tract of land out of the Jesse G. Allen Survey, Abstract NO. 18, Tracts 6C2 and 6C1A. Address 8809 Davis Blvd. The present zoning is Agricultural; the requested zoning is Industrial -1 on the east portion totalling 0.79 acres and Industrial -2 on the west portion totalling 1.615 acres. Discussion: Letter of agreement with Arvida Communities for off -site sewer for Southwind Addition. 13. Discussion: Ordinance #480, new proposed zoning ordinance. 14. Public Forum. 15. Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public.
