2. Approval of the Minutes of the Special City Council meeting held on
March 30, 1989 and the Regular Meeting held on April 4, 1989.

CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council
and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of items unless a Council Member or citizen so requests, in
which event the item will be removed from the general order of business
and considered in its normal sequence.
5. Consider: Resolution 89 -24. Authorizing the Police Chief to
submit applications for exempt tags for certain Police
and Fire vehicles.
6. Consider: Resolution 89 -25. Authorizing the Mayor to write a
letter to the State Highway Department in request of
stop lights at the intersections of Dove Road and
SH114 and White Chapel Blvd. and SH114.

7. Consider: Ordinance No. 334 -53. 2nd reading. (ZA 89 -04).
Request for a zoning change for a 4.00 acre tract of
land out of the A.H. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 299.

acre tract of land out of the A.H. Chivers Survey,

Advent Church. Location: N.W. of the intersection of
North Carroll Avenue and East Highland Street.

11. Consider: Ordinance No. 334 -49. 2nd reading. (ZA 88 -40). A
zoning request for a 65.0 acre tract of land out of the
W.W. Hall Survey, Abstract No. 687. Current zoning is
Agricultural, request is for the Single Family 20.OA,
Single Family 20.OB, and Single Family 30.OA Zoning
Districts. Owners: Gene Upshaw, Neil Delka etux
