Zoning request for a 53.113 acre tract of land out of the James Thornhill Survey, Abstract 1505. Current zoning is Agricultural, request is for the SF 20.0B Zoning District. Owner: John Cope. Accepting low bid and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the lease /purchase of a backhoe- loader. 12. Consider: Resolution 89 -20. Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a governmental contract with the City of North Richland Hills for the purchase of police cars. 13. Public Forum. 14. A complete list of the City Boards and Commissions are on file in the City Secretary's office. After discussion of any or all of the above in executive session, any final action or vote taken will be in public by the City Council. LITIGATION The City Council may consider pending and contemplated litigation subjects. The following subjects may be discussed: 1. Jerry W. Crowder v. City of Southlake. 2. Billie N. Farrar v. City of Southlake. 3. Swift et.al.v. Lemke and City of Southlake. 4. Dounglas E. Findlay v. R.E. Robinson, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, State Department of Highways and Public Transportation. 5. Ray L. Whitmore, Louis Messina and Marie J. Robinson v. City of Southlake. 6. Walter D. Garrett et.al. v. City of Southlake. 7. Sherman S. Sullivan v. City of Southlake. PENDING LITIGATION 8. City of Fort Worth, City of Keller and City of Southlake Water Contract. 9. Russell Sivey CLaim. 10. Donald Sellers. Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public. If personnel issues or litigation issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this City Council Meeting, an executive session will be held. SLL 3 -3 -89
