The project involves platting a tract of land on Nolen Drive between Southlake Blvd. and Crooked Land Blvd. I’ve attached a copy of the preliminary plat for your reference. We are also changing the tract zoning from AG to S-P-1 in order to allowed for medical office use on the lot fronting Nolen Drive now and the rear lot in the future. I am not familiar with the SPIN process, so I don’t know how much additional information, or copies of plans & applications you need before we can schedule a meeting. Is there a checklist of any kind that you can share? Also, who is required to attend the SPIN meeting(s) (owner, developer, engineer, landscape architect, owners of neighboring tracts, etc…)? I look forward to working with you. J.C. Garcia, P.E. Project Manager, Civil Engineer Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc.
