EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
Brockette/Davis/Drake, Inc. is requesting approval of a plat revision for Lot 1R2R,
Block 1, Sabre Group Campus on 41.5 acres located at 2799 and 3150 Kirkwood
Blvd. and 3400 E. T. W. King Rd., Southlake, Texas. SPIN # 1.
REQUEST DETAILS:
The applicant is requesting approval of a plat revision for Lot 1R2R, Block 1,
Sabre Group Campus, being a revision of Lots 1R2 and 2R, Block 1, Sabre Group
Campus, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, Tract 1F, U.
P. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1015 and Tract 1G, U. P. Martin Survey, Abstract
No. 1958, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The purpose of the plat revision is to
dedicate Lot 2R, Block 1 Sabre Group Campus and the portions of T.W. King Rd.
and Kirkwood Blvd. that were abandoned with the MTP IBM plat as public right of
way and to dedicate .09 acres of right of way for a deceleration lane on Kirkwood
Blvd.
