PUBLIC HEARING 102 103 The applicant, Samantha Munns with Southlake Women's Society, 1222 Strathmore Drive, 104 Southlake, TX came forward. Ms. Munns stated that this will create more parking. 105 106 Commissioner Parrish asked if the previous area behind Corner Bakery will be open for parking. 107 108 Ms. Munns stated yes and there will be natural barriers due to the sidewalk. 109 110 Commissioner Springer asked about the drive area behind Five Guys Burger and Fries and 111 whether or not it will remain open. 112 113 Ms. Munns stated that it will be closed due the stage performances located in the corner in front 114 of Rockfish. The Fire Marshall has approved the closure. 115 116 Chairman Faglie opened and closed the public hearing. 117 118 Commissioner Hudson and Commissioner Hamel commented back and forth regarding 119 perpetuity of this SUP. Mr. Schock commented on last year's 139 performance and the recruitment process for the kids who participate.
