Kimball Avenue at 200 N. Kimball Avenue. SPIN Neighborhood #8 DETAILS: Casco Corp. is requesting a revised site plan approval to add 640 square feet of enclosed loading dock area to the west (rear) portion of the building and to modify Home Goods the east building façade for who is proposing to occupy two tenant spaces within the Southlake Corners shopping center. The applicant is proposing to modify the front entry of the building which will consist of removing the existing molding and accent tiles and refinishing the area where the removed portions are located. There is also an approximate 640 square foot enclosed loading dock and trash compactor being added to the west (rear) of the building. All materials will match the existing building and be consistent with the finishes. Otherwise , these dumpsters will need to be relocated and must conform to Zoning Ordinance requirements. 2. A compactor is shown to be installed as a part of this request. A compactor is also treated the same as a trash dumpster and will be required to be enclosed just as such. These requirements can also be found in Section 43.9.c.2.(d) of the Zoning Ordinance. 3. Screening materials utilized for the trash compactor and loading dock screening walls shall be similar masonry materials as is used on the front façade of the building as noted in Section 43, Overlay Zones , of the Zoning Ordinance.
