22 Agenda Item No. 1, Call to Order. -Chair Joe Henderson called the meeting to order at
23 6:00 p.m.

27 Agenda Item No. 2 - Administrative Comments. -

29 A. Bob Jones Nature Center Grand Opening - Mr. Tribble spoke
30 about the ongoing events leading up to the opening on April 19th. The next Arts Council
31 meeting will be held at the Nature Center on April 22, 2008.

33 B. DPS Central Call to Artists - Mr. Tribble presented the Call to
34 Artists for DPS form for review.

38 Agenda Item No. 3A. - Approval of the minutes from the February 26, 2008 Southlake
39 Arts Council Meeting.

41 A motion to approve the minutes was made by Vice-Chair Firestone and seconded by
42 Mrs. Messing. The minutes were approved unanimously.

5 Chair Henderson opened and closed the public forum as there was no one to speak.

7 Agenda Item No. 5A, Consider - Approval of Call to Artists document.

9 Mr. Tribble presented the general Call to Artists document for review. After discussion,
10 there were no issues with the document. A motion to accept the document was made
11 by Mrs. Wiersum. It was seconded by Mrs. Messing and unanimously approved.

14 Agenda Item No. 6A, Discussion - Artists Selection Work Group Report.

16 Mrs. Firestone and Mrs. Messing reported on their workgroup discussion of the Call to
17 Artists document.

19 Agenda Item No. 6B, Discussion - Master Plan Work Group Report.

21 Mrs. Messing reported on the workgroup discussion of the Master Plan.

23 The meeting on April 22, 2008 will be held at the new Bob Jones Nature Center.

25 A motion by Mrs. Wiersum was made to adjourn the meeting. It was seconded by Mrs.
26 Firestone and unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
