Case '_#23. A request for an extension
on a variance which allows for a mobil
home to be placed on property as a
dwelling while building a home, re-
placing one that burnt in January 1982.
. Two acres of land out of the Francis
NOW Throop Survey, Abstract 1511, Tract
3A1B2. This is a public hearing.
Mr. Bruce Binns, owner, gave a
presentation in his own behalf. He
explained that there has been no activ'ty
thus far as the insurance company
ask that nothing be disturbed.
However, the company has now settled
and funds are now in hand to proceed
with construction of the new home..

Booker xAfter discussion, motion was made and
Kasper x x bapprovel to grant an extension for
Peck x x 90 days from this date.
.Merrill x There were no comments during the

With no further business, the meeting
was adjourned by chairperson Booker.
