2 acres of land. Mr. Binns is asking for
temporary permission to place a mobile home
on his property while rebuilding a home that
was destroyed by fire in Janaury.

The meeting was called to order by
Chairman Booker at 7:35 p.m. The
Minutes of the January 11,1982 meeting
were approved as presented.
CASE #23. Bruce Binns was present
and explained to the Board that he
40 is requesting a variance to the
Zoning Ordinance No. 261, to place a
mobile home on his property while
40 rebuilding their home that was destroy
i ed by fire in January.
After several questions were answered, CASE #23
to motion was made and approved for a APPROVED
io mobile home to be temporarily placed
on the property described as being
on in the Francis Throop Survey, Abstract
+m Booker x x 1511, Tract 3A1B2, 2 acres of land,
Kasper x x while a home is being rebuilt. The
Merrill x variance is for a period of six (6)
Peck x months from this date.
The meeting was adjourned by Chairman
Booker at 7:50 p.m.
