at 720 South Kimball Avenue. The request is
being made by Jack Petty. Zoning is Light
Industrial.

2. Case # 29. Consider the request of First Baptist Church
of Southlake for a variance to the side yard
requirement as stated in the Zoning Ordinance
No. 261. The church is requesting a permit
to remodel the church building.

The Minutes of the previous meeting
were approved as presented.
Case # 28. The request for a varianc CASE #28.
to place a metal storage building
on land zoned Industrial was discussed
in the continuation of public hearing.
Mr. Jack Petty was present and
explained his reason for the request
for a variance for a metal storage
building size 121X64' to be located
on the property which he now leases
from James Turner.
There were no comments from the
Booker x audience during the public hearing.
Kasper x x Motion was made and approval given
Merrell x x to grant the request for a variance
m Eubanks x for six (6) months from this date.
Case #29. A request was made by the CASE # 29
Firs Baptist Church of Southlake
for a variance to the side yard
requirement, as stated in Ordinance
No. 261. Richard Eakins, owner of
the land beside the church property
was present and indicated he did not
have an objection, and that he
{ intended to deed a strip of property
to the church which will increase the
ow Booker x side yard.
