1. Case # 23. Status report on the
progress of the new
residence being built by Bruce Binns. Property
located at 1679 Sunshine Lane, Southlake. Mr.
Binns has a variance granted by the Board of
14 Adjustments to place a mobile home on his property
while building a home to replace one that burnt
in January 1982.
2. Case # 28. Consider the request for a variance to place
a metal storage building on property located
at 720 South Kimball Avenue. The request is being
made by Jack Petty. Zoning is Light Industrial.

called the meeting to order in the
absence of chairperson Wade Booker.
Case # 23. A status report was given CASE #23
on the progress of the new residence
,g being built by Bruce Binns. The
property is located at 1679 Sunshine
Lane.
Mr. Binns indicated that bids have
been gathered for the foundation and
the basement. So far, the only
activity has been moving the temporary
electricity and leveling the ground.
Soil tests are to be done in about
12 weeks.
The City Secretary reported that she
has received a complaint from a propert
owner adjacent to the property where
the mobile home has been placed.
During the discussion, the fact that
the mobile home has been on the property
for more than one year was brought to
the attention of the audience.

Peck x x approved to have Mr. Binns remove the
Eubanks x mobile home from the property within
30 days from this date.

Case # 28. Consideration was given
j to the request for variance to Ordinance CASE #28
No. 261, to place a metal storage
building on property located at 720
South Kimball Avenue. The request
was made by Jack Petty. The property
is zoned Light Industrial.
Jack Petty gave a presentation indicat-
ing he would like a variance for one
year from this date.
Lyford x After discussion, motion was made
,Merrill x x and approved to table the item until
',ck x x the March 14, meeting, due to an
Awbanks x upcoming zoning item requested by
Mr. Petty.
