Case # 40. A request was made by CASE # 40
Federal Sign Company for a variance'
to Ordinance No. 161-68 and 161-70.
The request was made for Wonderland,
Home and Garden Center. Jim Callico t,
representative, indicated they would
like the variance for 30' height
rather than the 25' as spelled out
*OoBooker x in the ordinance. Mr. Callicott sail
Kasper x that with 10" lettering, there is
Evans x x no east bound visibility.

Peck x After discussion, motion was made
to disallow the variance.
With no further business, the
meeting was adjourned by Booker.
