Bob Lyford, Bill Peck and alternate, Ralph Evans. ABSENT: Fred Merrell 9 b~ The meeting was called to order by chairperson, Wade Booker. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented. CASE #33. The temporary variance CASE 33 given to Ron Coakley for a mobile home on his property in the Southlake Park ~d Addition to Southlake, until March 15 was discussed. Coakley was present and gave a report on his progress. He indicated the septic system ip in and has been inspected by the city. He said he anticipates being ready for final inspection within two weeks. A property owner within 2001, Mary O'Brien was present and indicated are she had no problem with an extension if he will continue to progress. Coakley said he intends to sell Booker x the trailer when they are moved into the house. Kasper x x Lyford x x Peck x Motion was made and approved to allow Evans x a thirty day extension to the variance CASE #34 The request for a variance CASE 34 to the side yard requirement in Ordinance No. 261, for an office building complex was given to Hale, Inc. (Southlake Realty) as requested. The variance will be 3'411.
