Request for a variance to the yard set-backs as required by Ordinance No. 480, Section 15.1, SF 20B Zoning District. The request is to allow the original set-backs per Ordinance No. 161, A-2 District, which was the zoning ordinance in place at the time Dove Estates was developed in 1970.
