2. Approval of the Minutes of the May 29, 1990 Board of
Adjustments Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case #100. Request for variance to the rear yard
set-back of forty (40') feet as required by the SF
20A Zoning District. The property is located at 908
Shadywood, legally described as Block 4, Lot 2,
Chimney Hill, Phase I.
Owner: Marce Gordon.
Public Hearing.
5. Consider: Case #101. Request for a variance to the yard
set-backs as required by Ordinance No. 480, Section
15.1, SF 20B Zoning District. The request is to
allow the original set-backs per Ordinance No. 161,
A-2 District, which was the zoning ordinance in
place at the time Dove Estates was developed in 1970.
Location: 1326 Lakeside Drive, legally described as
Block 3, Lot 2, Dove Estates.
Owner: Industrial Life Insurance Company. Their
representative is Janara Talbott of Lou Hillman
Realtors.

6. Consider: Case #102. Request for site plan approval for the
demolition of an existing building and the
construction of a new 111X 311building approximately
fifty (50') feet to the south. Location: 2400
Highway 26, being legally described as 21.61 acres
out of the C.B. McDonald Survey, Abstract No. 1013,
and the P.R. Splane Survey, Abstract No. 1453.
Owner: Fina Oil and Chemical Company.

7. Consider: Case #103. Request for a variance to the fifteen
(151) foot side yard requirement for the SF-20B
Zoning District, due to the contemplated replatting
of two lots. Location: 1201 Oakhurst Court, being
legally described as Block 3, Lot 8, Continental
Park Estates.
Owner: Arthur J. Sorenson.

8. Consider: Case #104. Request for a variance to the 20,000
square foot minimum lot size for the SF 20B Zoning
District. Location: 1203 Oakhurst Court, being
legally described as Block 3, Lot 7, Continental
Park Estates.

9. Discussion: Possible change of Meeting Day for Board of
Adjustments meetings.
