4. Consider: Case #119, a request for a variance to the front yard
setback per Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5 (b)
requiring a minimum of forty feet (40') in the Single
Family-1 District. The requested variance is for
twenty-five feet (25') in the front yard setback.
Property is located at 1040 Thousand Oaks Court being
legally described as Block A, Lot 2, Carmel Bay
Addition. Owners: Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Gurule; the
applicant is Vector Associates, Inc.
Public Hearing.
5. Consider: Case #120, a request for a Special Exception Use
permit for a family quarters per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (n). The property is located at 1040
Thousand Oaks Court, being legally described as
Block A, Lot 2, Carmel Bay Addition. The owners is
Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Gurule; the applicant is Vector
Associates, Inc.
