requirements for the "SF-20B" zoning district as
described in Section 14.5, Ordinance No. 480 to
allow the original setbacks for Dove Estates, being
25 feet in the front and rear yards and 10 percent
of the width of the lot for each side yard (not less
than 5 feet nor more than 15 feet). Location: 1306
Lakeside Drive, being Block 3, Lot 1, Dove
Estates. Owners: Peggy Ann Thom and Michael

5. Consider: ZBA CASE #148, Request for height approval of
i three (3) flagpoles as required by Ordinance No.

No. 480, Section 34.2 (e) which limits the height of
