setback of twenty feet (201) for structures
constructed in the "SF-20A" Single Family-1A
Residential district. Owners; applicants: Richard J
and Mary L. Horton. Location: 2603 S. Quail Run
Court, being Lot 9, Block B, Quail Creek Estates.
Continuation of the Public Hearing.
5. Consider: ZBA Case #176, Variance to Ordinance No. 480,
"vow-,, Section 15.1 which requires a minimum rear yard
setback of thirty-five feet (351) for structures
constructed in the "SF-20B" Single Family-20B
Residential district. A previous variance was
granted to allow a rear setback of 25'; the
applicant proposes a minimum rear setback of 22.5
feet. Owners/applicants: Richard H. Simpson.
Location: 3141 Peninsula Court, being Lot 25, Block
1, Dove Estates.
