Consider: ZBA Case #176, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, "vow-,, Section 15.1 which requires a minimum rear yard setback of thirty-five feet (351) for structures constructed in the "SF-20B" Single Family-20B Residential district. A previous variance was granted to allow a rear setback of 25'; the applicant proposes a minimum rear setback of 22.5 feet. Owners/applicants: Richard H. Simpson.
