2. Approval of the Minutes of the February 11, 1993 and the
March 11, 1993 Regular Board of Adjustment Meetings.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: ZBA Case #170, Special Exception Use Permit for
an accessory building (barn) of a size greater than
rI 1,000 square feet permitted in the "SF-lA" Single
Family-lA Residential District described in
ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5 (3). Location: 3007
Ridgecrest Drive, being legally described as Block
4, Lot 12-R-2, South Lake Park Addition. Owner: Eric
Wong.
Public Hearing.
5. Consider: ZBA CASE #171, Appeal of the Administrative
Official's interpretation regarding the fronting of
a residential structure on a lot legally described
as Lot 87, Block 3, SouthRidge Lakes, Phase IV and
being more commonly known as 1622 Pecos Drive.
Owners: John Duncan and Linda Sanders d\b\a
Duncan-Sanders, Inc.
Public Hearing.
6. Consider: ZBA CASE #172, Variance to the required
thirty-five foot (35') front and rear yard setbacks
should the home's front door face Concho Court.
Location: 1622 Pecos Drive, being legally
described as Lot 87, Block 3, SouthRidge Lakes,
Phase IV. Owners: John Duncan and Linda Sanders
