5. Consider: ZBA CASE #164, Special Exception Use Permit per
Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (3) for the
construction of an accessory building (barn) of a
size greater than 1,000 square feet permitted in the
"SF-lA" single Family-lA residential district as
described in Ordinance No. 480, Section 11.5 (e).
