2. Approval of the Minutes of the October 15, 1992 Regular
Board of Adjustment Meeting.

4. Consider: ZBA CASE #161, Variance to ordinance No. 480,
Section 34.2 (e) which limits the height of an
accessory structure to fourteen feet (141). The
proposed height of the storage barn is twenty-three
feet nine inches (ground to peak of roof) on
property legally described as Block 4, Lot 6, Harbor
W Oaks Subdivision. Location: 1115 Harbor Retreat.

5. Consider: ZBA CASE #162, Special Exception Use Permit per
Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1) for family
quarters/garage/workshop to be located on property
legally described as Lot 2R, Block 1, Lamp Estates.

6. Consider: ZBA CASE #163, Variance to the front yard setback
requirement per Ordinance No. 480, Section 26.5 (b)
for property legally described as 6.3725 acres in
the R.D. Price Survey, Abstract No. 992D, Tract 22.
