(5) above-ground storage tanks cannot be repaired/replaced on the property
F located at 1675 Brumlow Avenue, being legally described as Tract 2B of the
Brumlow Industrial District, being approximately 2.61 acres situated in the J.
Gibson Survey, Abstract No. 591. Appellant: Henry Frost, agent for V.W.
Investments, Inc.

6. Consider: ZBA Case #220, Request for a Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No.
480, Section 44.12 (3) for the construction of an accessory building of size
greater than the permitted 600 sq. ft. in the "SF-20A" Single Family Residential
District to allow a garage not exceeding 814 sq. ft. (37'x 22') on approximately
0.616 acres legally described as Lot 27, Block 1 of The Dominion Addition.

MEMBERS ABSENT: Dennis Minder
STAFF PRESENT: Karen Gandy, Zoning Administrator; Jean Bryson, Secretary.
Agenda Item # 2 A. Executive Session.
Karen Gandy reported there would not be a need for and Executive Session as ZBA Case
#210 had requested to postpone until the next regular meeting.
Agenda Item #3 Approval of the Minutes.
John Moore stepped down for ZBA Case #210.
With no objections the Chair differed the approval of the minutes, September 29, 1994 and
October 13, 1994 to the November 10, 1994 meeting.
Agenda Item #4 Administrative Comments.
Ms. Gandy reported the last Work Session was on October 19, 1994 and a night work shop
is needed to continue work on Rules and Procedures.
A discussion was held on rules and procedures.
Agenda Item #5 ZBA Case #210, Appeal of the Administrative Official's determination.
Continuation of Public Hearing of ZBA Case #210 an appeal of the Administrative Official's
determination that five (5) above ground storage tanks cannot be repaired/replaced on the
X11 property located at 1675 Brumlow Avenue, being legally described as Tract 2B of the
Brumlow Industrial District, being approximately 2.61 acres situated in the J. Gibson Survey,
Abstract No. 591. The appellant is Henry Frost, agent for V. W. Investments, Inc.
A letter of request for continuation of ZBA Case #210 to November 10, 1994 was received
from Thomas Keen, attorney for the appellant.
C A motion was made to continue ZBA Case #210 as requested.
