5. Consider: ZBA Case #197, Special Exception Use Permit for
family quarters on property zoned "SF-1A" Single
X11 Family Residential per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (1). The applicant proposes a family quarters
of approximately 768 s.f. to be located on the
second floor of an existing barn. Location: 2940
Burney Lane, legally described as Block 2, Lot 7,
Harbor Oaks Estates. Owners: Don S. and Barbara
Vaughn.

6. Consider: ZBA Case #198, Special Exception Use Permit for the
construction of an accessory building of a size
greater than the 1,000 sq. ft. permitted under the
accessory building requirements of the "SF-1A"
zoning district in Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12
(3) The applicant requests that the two-stall horse
stable not exceed 735.0 s.f. (20.16' x 36.42').
The cumulative square footage of all accessory
buildings on the property (inclusive of the
proposed stable) is approximately 1,515 s.f.
Location: 2940 Burney, legally described as 2.035
in acres and being Lot 7, Block 2, Harbor Oaks Estates
