White Chapel Blvd., being legally described as Lot I. Block I. Bull Run Lakes
Addition and being approximately 3.993 acres. Owner/Applicant: George
Grubbs.

5. Consider: ZBA Case #240, Request for a Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No.
480, Section 44.12 (4) for an accessory building located in the front yard in the
"SF-IA" Single Family-lA Residential District to allow a 22 ft. gazebo.
Location: 702 S. White Chapel Blvd., legally described as Lot 1. Block I. Bull
Run Lakes Addition and being approximately 3.993 acres. Owner/Applicant:
George Grubbs.

Mr. Fawks stated due to a lack of a quorum this meeting will be tabled and continued
October 26, 1995.

With no objections the Vice Chair deemed the meeting adjourned.
