2. Approval of Minutes of the July 13, 1995 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: ZBA Case #237, Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (3) for an accessory building exceeding the maximum 1,000 s.f.
permitted in the "SF-IA" Single Family-lA Residential District to allow a
private horse stables not exceeding 4,100 s.f. with the following dimensions (48'
6" x 84'6"). Location: 325 East Bob Jones Rd., being legally described as Lot
2, M. Mahaffey No. 916 Addition, being approximately 4.83 acres located on
the south side of Bob Jones Road approximately 2,300 feet East of North
White Chapel Blvd. Owner/Applicant: Dawne Moore.
Public Hearing.
5. Consider: ZBA Case #238, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e), which
requires accessory buildings to not exceed one story or fourteen feet (14') in
height. The applicant requests a twenty-three foot (23') single story building.
Location: 325 East Bob Jones Rd., being legally described as Lot 2, M.
Mahaffey No. 916 Addition, being approximately 4.83 acres located on the
south side of Bob Jones Road approximately 2,300 feet East of North White
Chapel Blvd. Owner/Applicant: Dawne Moore.
