PUBLIC HEARING 78 79 Skip Blake, Blake Architect, 1202 S White Chapel Blvd, Southlake, Texas came forward. 80 Mr. Blake stated that negotiations were made with the Watermere Group for the 2 acres to 81 the west of this property. Property was developed as Council requested with screened 82 parking from Watermere Drive and a 75 -ft. minimum stacking depth on both drive 83 approaches. This is a valuable use of this property and will be supportive of the existing 84 Watermere development. 85 86 Chairman Faglie asked if the masonry fence on the west side of the property was ever 87 mentioned by Council. 88 89 Mr. Blake stated that he does not recall. However, Mr. Blake proposed that a condition can be 90 made in the motion stating that if the property to the west is developed residentially, a masonry 91 fence would be constructed to separate the developments. 92 93 Chairman Faglie questioned the parking. 94 95 Mr. Blake stated that he and the client prefer more landscaping rather than empty parking 96 spaces. 97 98 Chairman Faglie opened the public hearing. One card submitted regarding the case; Walt 99 Wileman, 340 Watermere Drive.
