MEMBERS ABSENT: Fred Joyce, Chairman; Lloyd Latta, Dennis Minder, Art Sorenson,
John Moore, Alternate #1; Jon Michael Franks, Alternate #2.
STAFF PRESENT: Karen Gandy, Zoning Administrator.
Karen Gandy, was present and stated, there are no members present so this board is unable
to convene to conduct business. ZBA Case #253, Special Exception Use for in-home day
care at 1201 Scenic Drive will be considered at the next regular scheduled meeting Thursday,
May 16, 1996.

With no objections the Chair deemed the meeting adjourned.
