2. Approval of Minutes of the September 25, 1997 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: ZBA Case #280, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 14.5 (b),
requiring lots in the "SF-20A" Single Family Residential District to have
front yards no less than thirty-five (35) feet. The applicant is requesting
front yards of twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) feet. Location: the northwest
corner of the intersection of South White Chapel Boulevard and West
Continental Boulevard, being legally described as Wilmington Court, and
being approximately 11.383 acres situated in the Hiram Granberry Survey,
No 581. Current zoning is "SF-20A" Single Family Residential District.
Owners: Alvin R. Jackson, Lannie Joe Roach, and Trustees, E-Systems,
Inc., Pool Trust. Applicant: Four Peaks Development, Inc.
