Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes of the October 29, 1998 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-299, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.1 (f), which requires that a swimming pool shall not be located closer than five feet (5') to another structure. The applicant is requesting to place a swimming pool within one foot (1') of a residential structure. Location: 708 Chaucer Court, legally described as Lot 15, Block 2, Cambridge Place, Phase I, and being approximately 0.4635 acres situated in the John A. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 529.
