2. Approval of Minutes of the February 26, 1998 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.

4. Consider: Case ZBA-286, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 33.9 (d), requiring
a front yard on each street frontage for corner lots unless a platted setback
line exists. The platted front yard on Edgemont Drive in thirty (30) feet.
The applicant is requesting a platted front yard on Edgemont Drive of
twenty-two feet. Location: 1201 Westmont Drive, being legally described
as Block 2, Lot 1 of the Oak Tree Estates, being approximately 0.478 acres
situated in the John A. Freeman Survey, No. 529. Current zoning is "SF20-
B" Single Family Residential District. Owner: Huntington Homes.
Applicants: Morrell C. Greer, Electra B. Greer and Huntington Homes.
