Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes of the October 14, 1999 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-331, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e) for the construction of an accessory building greater than one story or fourteen (14) feet in height as defined by the Uniform Building Code, and a Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (4) for the construction of an accessory building located in the front yard. The applicant is requesting to construct a gazebo with a height not to exceed seventeen (17) feet as defined by the Uniform Building Code, and a Special Exception Use permit to allow the accessory building to be located forward of the principal building on the lot. Location: 600 Bob Jones Road, being legally described as Lot 1, R.D. Price No. 992 Addition, being situated in the R.D. Price Survey, Abstract No. 992D, and being approximately 34.617 acres. The applicant is requesting a permit to have servants or family quarters of approximately four hundred eighteen (418) square feet housed within the horse barn. Consider: Case ZBA-334, Variance to Ordinance No. 480 Section 14.5.d, minimum rear yard requirement of thirty-five (35) feet.
