2. Approval of Minutes of the October 14, 1999 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-331, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e) for the
construction of an accessory building greater than one story or fourteen (14)
feet in height as defined by the Uniform Building Code, and a Special
Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (4) for the
construction of an accessory building located in the front yard. The
applicant is requesting to construct a gazebo with a height not to exceed
seventeen (17) feet as defined by the Uniform Building Code, and a Special
Exception Use permit to allow the accessory building to be located forward
of the principal building on the lot. Location: 600 Bob Jones Road, being
legally described as Lot 1, R.D. Price No. 992 Addition, being situated in
the R.D. Price Survey, Abstract No. 992D, and being approximately 34.617
acres. Current zoning: "AG" Agricultural District. Applicant: Robert
Remsik. Owner: Thomas and Jacqueline White.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-332, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2(e) for the
construction of accessory buildings greater than one story or fourteen (14)
feet in height as defined by the Uniform Building Code. The applicant is
requesting to construct a horse barn with a height not to exceed fifteen and
one-half feet (15.5) feet, and a horse arena with a height not to exceed
twenty (20) feet as defined by the Uniform Building Code. Location: 600
Bob Jones Road, being legally described as Lot 1, R.D. Price No. 992
Addition, being situated in the R.D. Price Survey, Abstract No. 992D, and
being approximately 34.617 acres. Current zoning: "AG" Agricultural
District. Applicant: Robert Remsik. Owner: Thomas and Jacqueline White.

6. Consider: Case ZBA-333, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (1) for servants or family quarters. The applicant is
requesting a permit to have servants or family quarters of approximately
four hundred eighteen (418) square feet housed within the horse barn.
Location: 600 Bob Jones Road, being legally described as Lot 1, R.D. Price
No. 992 Addition, being situated in the R.D. Price Survey, Abstract No.
992D, and being approximately 34.617 acres. Current zoning: "AG"
Agricultural District. Applicant: Robert Remsik. Owner: Thomas and
Jacqueline White.

7. Consider: Case ZBA-334, Variance to Ordinance No. 480 Section 14.5.d, minimum
rear yard requirement of thirty-five (35) feet. The applicant is requesting to
have an attached garage encroach not more than sixteen (16) feet into the
rear yard setback. Location: 1100 La Paloma Court, being legally described
as Lot 9R, Block 1, The Lakes of La Paloma, being approximately 1.377
acres situated in the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract No. 899. Current
zoning: "SF-20A" Single Family Residential District. Owner/Applicant:
Dan and Lisa Moody.
