AGENDA:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes of the July 15, 1999 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-327, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 7.4, which requires
that no more than one dwelling shall be on a single family residential lot,
and Section 10.5.g, requiring lots in the "RE" Single Family Residential
Estate District to have a minimum width of three hundred (300) feet. The
applicants are requesting a variance to allow the existing house to remain on
the lot until their new house is constructed, at which time the existing house
will be removed, and to have a lot with a width of not less than two hundred
sixty (260) feet at the front building line. Location: 911 South White
Chapel Boulevard, being legally described as Tract 5C situated in the Hiram
Granberry Survey, Abstract No. 581, and being approximately 7.939 acres.
Current zoning is "AG" Agricultural District. Owners/Applicants: Ted and
Lesley Holt.
