Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes of the July 15, 1999 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ZBA-327, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 7.4, which requires that no more than one dwelling shall be on a single family residential lot, and Section 10.5.g, requiring lots in the "RE" Single Family Residential Estate District to have a minimum width of three hundred (300) feet. The applicants are requesting a variance to allow the existing house to remain on the lot until their new house is constructed, at which time the existing house will be removed, and to have a lot with a width of not less than two hundred sixty (260) feet at the front building line. Location: 911 South White Chapel Boulevard, being legally described as Tract 5C situated in the Hiram Granberry Survey, Abstract No. 581, and being approximately 7.939 acres.
