AGENDA:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes of the April 15, 1999 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-320, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 10.5.g, requiring
lots in the "RE" Single Family Residential Estate District to have a
minimum width of three hundred (300) feet. The applicant is requesting to
have a lot with a width of not less than two hundred sixty-five (265) feet at
the front building line. Location: 4600 North White Chapel Boulevard,
being legally described as Tract 17 situated in the Reis D. Price Survey,
Abstract No. 992D, and being approximately 5.386 acres. Current zoning
is "AG" Agricultural District. Owners and Applicants: Jim and Dana
Boyles.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-321, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (3) for the construction of accessory buildings or structures of
a size or aggregate size greater than the one thousand (1,000) square feet
permitted in the "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District, and a Special
Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (4) for the
construction of accessory buildings located in the front yard. The applicant
is requesting an additional two thousand five hundred and eighty-eight and
one-half (2,588.5) square feet of space for accessory buildings, such
accessory buildings not to exceed a total area of four thousand five hundred
and eighty-eight and one-half (4,588.5) square feet, and to allow the existing
barn with the proposed addition to be located forward of the principal
building on the lot. Location: 1000 South Peytonville Avenue, being legally
described as Tract 9, Airpark Estates being approximately 4.953 acres, and
being situated in the T.J. Thompson Survey, Abstract No. 1502. Current
zoning is "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Applicant: Bobby
Harrell. Owner: Mikel Faulkner.

6. Consider: Case ZBA-322, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (1) for family quarters. The applicant is requesting a family

quarters of approximately eight hundred and forty-six (846) square feet
housed within the principal residential dwelling. 1512 Norwich Court, being
legally described as Lot 20, Block 1, Coventry Manor, Phase II, being
approximately 0.802 acres, and being situated in the T.M. Hood Survey,
Abstract No. 706. Current zoning is "R-PUD" Residential Planned Unit
Development District. Applicant: London Green, Inc. Owner: Russell
and Jonna Smart.
