4. Consider: Case ZBA-349, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (1) for family quarters. The applicant is requesting to have family
quarters with a total area of approximately eight hundred forty-two (842)
square feet attached to the principal dwelling. Location: 1619 Pheasant Lane,
being legally described as Lot 7, Block 1, Pheasant Ridge Addition, and being
approximately 1.0 acres. Current zoning is "SF-IA" Single Family
Residential District. Applicant is Womans Touch Custom Homes. Owners
are Paul and Laura Gallagher.

The minutes of the April 27, 2000 meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as presented.

Agenda Item #3 Administrative Comments.
Mr. Art Wright, Zoning Assistant, reported a meeting will be held on July 27, 2000 (2 cases).
Agenda Item #4 ZBA Case #349 Special Exception
ZBA Case No. 349, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12 (1)
for family quarters. The applicant is requesting to have family quarters with a total area of
approximately eight hundred forty-two (842) square feet attached to the principal dwelling.
