EXECUTIVE SESSION:
If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Board of
Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive session.

including items posted on this agenda.

2. Approval of Minutes of the August 16, 2001 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Consider: Case ZBA-377, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section
44.12 (1) for a family/servants quarters. Location: 909 Suffolk Court, being
legally described as Lot 5R, Block 3, Coventry Manor Phase II, being
approximately 1.74 acres. Current Zoning: "R-PUD" Residential Planned Unit
Development District. Owner/Applicant: Lynn M. Dixon.
