REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING June 14, 2001

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of
this Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in executive
session.
1. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in
executive session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized
by Section 551.071, including items posted on this agenda.

2. Approval of Minutes of the May 10, 2001 Regular Board of Adjustment Meeting.
3. Administrative Comments.
4. Consider: Case ZBA-370, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (1) for family quarters. The applicant is requesting a
family quarters of approximately nine hundred (900) square feet
attached to the principal residential dwelling above the garage.
Location: 1505 N. Carroll Avenue, being legally described as Lot 37
Whispering Dell Estates, being approximately 2.4 acres. Current
Zoning: "SF-IA" Single-Family Residential District. Owner and
Applicant: Chris & Elaine Ensenberger.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-371, Special Exception Use permit per Ordinance No. 480,
Section 44.12 (1) for family quarters. The applicant is requesting a
family quarters of approximately one thousand (1,000) square feet
attached to the principal residential dwelling above the garage.
Location: 511 San Juan Drive, being legally described as Lot 16,
Mission Hill Estates, being approximately 1.06 acres. Current Zoning:
"SF-IA" Single-Family Residential District. Applicant: Cory Anthony
of Cornerstone Construction.

5. Consider: Case ZBA-372, Variance to Ordinance No. 480, Section 34.2a
requiring all accessory buildings having a permanent foundation to be
erected no closer than ten (10) feet to a property line located in the rear
yard. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow construction of a
detached garage no closer than five (5) feet to the property line.
Location: 1635 Mockingbird Lane, being legally described as Lot 18,
Dove Acres, being approximately 1.0 acre. Current Zoning: "SF-IA"
Single-Family Residential District. Applicant: Robert Garrison.
